Terms of sale and use

The Valia U.S. LLC Jurisdiction Toolkit is supplied by Valia — Caleigh Swart, an individual seller operating from South Africa. Contact hello@makematicai.com. Whop processes payment; Valia is responsible for the toolkit, delivery, support and product refunds.

What you buy

The toolkit is a $67 USD one-time, self-guided digital product. New purchases include access and updates for 1,096 days from purchase. It includes a state assessment, five state guides, formation steps and official portal links, provider comparison links, EIN guidance, educational document drafts, and a first-year planner with in-app reminders for dates you confirm. State filing fees and third-party services are separate.

You can open the toolkit through your Whop membership and a private playbook link sent by email. Keep that link secure. If delivery fails, email hello@makematicai.com.

Educational scope

Valia does not form an entity, file on your behalf, guarantee provider approval, or provide legal or tax advice. The single-member operating agreement is an educational draft. Its standalone version fills the LLC name you enter and selected state; a saved Whop formation may also fill a date. Review it for your circumstances before signing. Confirm official requirements, provider eligibility and calendar dates yourself.

Earlier purchases and refunds

Buyers who purchased before the fixed-term plan retain the access terms promised at their purchase. Our refund policy provides a full refund on request within 14 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked, including for earlier buyers. Nothing in these terms removes rights available under applicable law.
