Refund policy

You can request a full refund of the Valia U.S. LLC Jurisdiction Toolkit within 14 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked. This promise also applies to buyers who purchased before this policy was published.

How to request it

Email hello@makematicai.com from the address used at checkout, or use the Whop resolution route in your purchase receipt. Include enough information to find your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

What happens next

Valia — Caleigh Swart checks the purchase date and approves eligible refunds in Whop. Whop processes the reversal to the original payment method. We will confirm the outcome by email. The timing of funds reaching your account depends on Whop and your payment provider. Paid toolkit access and private playbook links end after a completed refund.
