Information and use

We receive information you enter in the assessment, lead forms, formation checklist, document tools, calendar, support requests and optional testimonials. This can include your name, email, business and LLC details, state preferences, quiz answers, and dates you confirm. Whop provides purchase and membership information. We use these records to deliver the toolkit, save progress, send requested and purchase-related emails, respond to support and refund requests, and maintain the service.

Service providers

Whop processes checkout and membership data. Supabase stores application and access records. Resend sends Valia emails. Vercel hosts the site. These providers may process information outside South Africa under their service arrangements. Do not enter sensitive information that a toolkit field does not request.

Storage and requests

We have not set a single automatic deletion period for all application records. Records remain while needed to provide access, resolve support and refund matters, maintain transaction records, and meet applicable obligations. Email us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, or to ask how a record is used or retained. We will explain if a record must be kept for an existing obligation.

We use local browser storage for first-touch campaign parameters and app state. Optional analytics may be enabled only when disclosed and configured appropriately; private playbook access tokens must not be sent to analytics.
